3 Life Lessons to Consider… Who is Your Teacher in Life?

Okay, so elementary school may have been a long ways away… However, we must consider a few things…

1. We are the sum composite of our thoughts about ourselves and the external world around us. Dedicating some time to contemplate on the state of our internal world, and the type of energy we bring into our lives will give us insight into where we are in life, and also how we must make alterations to our thoughts and decision making, which decides where we will go in our future.

2. We really need to consider the people and things we hang around or engage in activities with, as they are huge influences, believe it or not. If there is someone or something that is holding you back, always being a naysayer, or keeping you from making progress…. Remember, some people are with us for a reason, a season, or a lifetime.

3. Do not ever discredit or disregard the guru that is your heart. Your heart will not only connect you to other people, to cosmic consciousness, and allow you to love… but your heart is perhaps one of your greatest teachers in life. Pay attention to your intuition and gut feelings. Many times our heart will point out people, places, and things that are necessary to our growth and development. Some times, physical ailments are the manifestation of mental, emotional, or physical problems that we are not addressing in our lives.

Do not fear. Go through life with a spirit of determination and courage. You can overcome your challenges with patience, learn and grow from life lessons, and get a deeper understanding of your self and your nature. Listen to your heart.
