There is a rule that there are 10,000 hours between where you are now and where you want to be in the future. We make strides in our life by tackling our larger goals piece by piece, a little at a time. You get more foundation work done by putting in 5 to 15 minutes of daily effort, versus overcompensating by throwing your all into something for long hours once a week or once a month.
